"I have to give a star so I can make an assessment. we waited 10 minutes before someone took our order. we just waited for over 40 minutes while we watch that all who came after us get their orders before someone told us that they lost our order. we had a choice, either stay and pay the full price for both orders or cancel our order and leave. they said we could cancel our order and go, offer nothing for our inconvenience, so we left. we will never return, and the people knew that we were not happy when we went, all eyes were on us in a busy restaurant. we get it that they are busy, but we don't like the fact that they are incompetent and it took over 40 minutes to find out. if they add injury insults or save a customer, they should have offered a kind of compensation due to THEIR errors. she was very happy to cancel our order, so we were very happy to leave!"

"Fantastic Sunday morning breakfast with the family. Just found the service staff to be a little unenergized. Didn't get my coffees with my orders and when I asked for them, they only gave us one but we paid for two. Which by the way I think was just a mistake because perhaps they were a little unenergized. No reason to fuss about... Service: Dine in"
