"So I wanted to update on this place, I gave a 4 stars before, but now I lowered the rating. went to eat today and I think it was manager, rudely said I can't serve them inside because I only work 3 people. Well, I don't give my money to a facility that wouldn't give me a little customer service. I don't like this place, no customer service, they don't get my money."

"Very good food, I recommend taylor pork roll. what my experience was made even better was the host katlyn and the server called sue and donna. They were so sweet and attentive, made my experience feel personal and greeted. come with my man and children next time"

"I used to love going to this place. Now I guess because of the pandemic they no longer have servers. they make you order your food like if it's McDonald's at a kiosk. it doesn't feel like you are a guest more. It feels like a fast food with a feel of they don't really want to deal with you kind of thing. Not to mention they've definitely taken a lot of stuff off the menu."

"I'll go in and pay $50 for 2 burgers, 2 Pommes 2 shakes. I have 40 minutes for my order!! The shakers were made immediately and begin to melt. (This was a togo order). I then notice several trainers? literally crossed in the kitchen with their arms, telling the chef what to do. I wish they had risen and helped!!! My food wasn't even fresh tasting! I can't believe I just paid $50 for lunch for 2 people for a super moderate burger and waited for FORTY MINUTES!!! This is my first and definitely last experience in any BurgerFi."

"Hubby and I visited for lunch today, and had a good experience. Upon entering, we were able to seat ourselves, so we chose a booth by the windows. Our server got to our table pretty quickly, brought our menus, and asked what we wanted to drink. She left to get our sodas so that we could peruse the menu. I ended up choosing the Classic Bacon and Onion Burger which has melted cheddar cheese, maple dunked bacon slices, sautéed onions in a tangy steak sauce, and jumbo onion rings. It also comes with a side of fries. Hubby opted for the Philly Cheesesteak which also comes with fries. The food arrived in a decent amount of time and was piping hot! My burger had great flavor...the bacon had a fantastic sweet smoky taste, and the onion rings were perfectly cooked (I ate those separately). The fries were great, too! Overall, this is a good restaurant. It 's clean, and the employees are super friendly. The only downside is it can get loud since there 's no carpeting or wall coverings to deaden the sound...there were a group of 4 guys in the bar area who were getting rowdy, and it echoed throughout the small dining room. Regardless, I would still visit again, because I really enjoyed the food!"

"My wife and I order from there once or twice every week. Here are my honest opinions. The service is ok, but can be better. The owner has mostly high school students employeed. Especially at the front counter and on the phones. My wife thinks the wings are the best. I dont eat wings so I order a tuna plate. The prices are a little inflated on some items. As far as the owner is concerned. Supposedly he is a retired NY Irish cop. He has an attitude problem. I’ve seen him scold an employee in front of everyone at my table. There were probably 15 of us that night. I’m a business owner myself, since I was 22 yrs old. In business 15 yrs now. Anyway, I have no respect for anyone that treats their employees like that in front of customers. He should know better. The food is ok...I mean who can’t make a tuna plate with lettuce and cukes?? Or fries???? Lastly- The owner has many pictures on his walls. Many are of George Bush and his wife at his restaurant. The mere mention of his name makes me sick. My step son, 12, has type 1 diabetes. I refuse to spend my money at a restaurant that supports the beliefs and agenda of this current administration. Some might think I’m being petty. I dont. If you choose to put those pictures in your place of business, be prepared if some might be offended. When it comes down to it, Wings Plus is nothing more than grease and a stroke waiting to happen."
