"We were there about 11:40 pm and the cashier for the drive thru had the best personality that I have came across in a long time. We ordered 2 shakes and 1 BLT. Everything was good and they were busy. They are a little pricey."

"Speed and quality of service was very good but the value for dollar isn't. The aged beef burger I had was nothing special, on par with a 5 Guys or Ruby Tues burger but more expensive. The garlic aioli fries/potato slices were decent and plenty of them but not good enough to bring me back in."

"We stopped in for lunch on 4/11. It wasn’t very busy, but it took almost 45 minutes to receive our food. The food was over cooked. Tough and dry. They obviously had a new cook, as we saw several orders returned and the cook looked overwhelmed. We were so disappointed with our visit this time. We’ve come to jess’s For years. And have never been disappointed by the food.... until today. I don’t think we’ll be back."
