"Stopped here for a quick burger and we were pleased with the selection that was available to all of us. You can build your burger choosing your protein of a beef, chicken, turkey or veggie burger and then a whole bunch of toppings to choose from to suit you individual likes. You then have a side The Truffle tater tots were unique and good! This is a low key place which served a good burger."

"My husband , his Dad and I went to this Italian steakhouse on Hilton Head for their Thanksgiving menu. It was so nice to have multiple options and not the same old thing. They had a variety to please every palate and an option for appetizers, drinks and extra sides for the table if needed. Our server Dave was quite personable and definitely knew his craft well . I asked for his opinion and he happily gave it. I don’t do other people’s cornbread dressing but he said he really did like it so I took the leap of faith in good ole Dave. It was delicious. The turkey was moist and the gravy excellent. I honestly have never had green bean casserole because my own mother thought it was ridiculous to ruin a perfectly good green bean. I was going to just ask them to leave it off my plate but didn’t want to be any trouble so I let them bring it. I decided to give it a taste just to say I did and then I wound up wanting to lick that plate! It was outstanding! The two fellas both got the coffee rubbed ribeye medium rare and they both came out extremely rare. My husband didn’t mind because he leans more toward rare anyway but my father in law just couldn’t do it. Dave happily sent it back and they brought a new one along with a manager who stayed until she made sure it was right. Now that was service and all with a smile. Dessert was also well done. Thank you for taking the pressure off me and allows me to sit back and enjoy my family in a nice setting."

"I really hate wasting my time on this review because there is not anything positive to say. To be honest this place isn 't worthy of a good review or recommendation. As you can see from all my positive posts that most of the time I appreciate good quality, service, and prices. This place did not hit on any of them. Waitress forgot my wives wine we waited for over 15 mins until we just told the other waiter to cancel it. He said nicely we won 't charge you I chuckled and said of course you won 't, because she never even got it The staff was not attentive, my soup was not hot the gyro sandwich lacked flavor. Even after telling the waiter about the issues he said we are giving you a $3 off discount Thanks but never again we we return to this place."

"Was there on 3/14/24 for lunch. Definitely my best experience at any Cook Out. Took my sister there because she had never been to a cook out. We both got BBQ tray meals with a shake. This was my first BBQ sandwich from a Cook Out, since I always get burgers. She got onion rings and chicken quesadilla for sides, I got a chicken quesadilla and walking taco for sides. Everything tasted so good and sister was very impressed. Unfortunately y'all don't have locations in PA where she lives! The guy behind the counter had an excellent demeanor he is a customer service natural. The restaurant was also very clean."
