"I would give a zero if there was an option. I came from 1:45 a.m. to 1:55 a.m. to the Burger King (on the 4th March 2022.) I was on the way through and I notice that the menu screen was turned off. I told her it was out, and she answered, "I know," and that's it. I wasn't sure what to order. she told me “that is not my problem”; I told her I'm not sure what I still want and needed a minute to look through the menu online on my phone, as the menu screen doesn't work. She kept telling me it's not her problem. I was frustrated. I'm just after a 15-hour shift at work, when I was finally ready to order, she refused to take my order. I told her I'm ready to take my order. she said she can't take my order that I have to go to the back of the line and say my order by the loudspeakers. then she threatened to call the bulls on me. I do not expect that they are “professional”, but I expected to be at least a level of contempt as human."
