"Good food and is not too expensive. I like how they've changed the way you order and receive your food. Now you order through a kiosk and pick up your food when your number is called. Eliminating a waitress and having to tip! However, that does eliminate a job for someone who probably needs it!"

"People who work here are rude, the administration can 't personal directly, instead of taking my order or asking me what I need politely I get that we only work two people now, and there are 80 burgers before them and there will be a waiting time. I said I have a door bag. Doordash orderings usually occur by 20 minutes and they did not manage to start the ordering and said I think they can be in the line, but it will be a waiting time."

"The food was awesome! We got the sampler, could easily feed four people. I know what I'm having for lunch tomorrow, leftovers! It was cold today so we are inside but they have many places to eat outside when it gets warmer. Lisa was it server she was friendly and prompt. The food took a bit to get to our table but that was expected since we dined during the busy time. The third picture is when we took the top layer of fish off wanted to show what was hiding underneath."

"What can I say. I loved this place as a kid. It was Bob's Big Boy where I lived. And it was always a special occasion to be able to eat there as my dad was not a man of wealth. Fast forward 50 years to today's meal. We had the super big boy and patty melt. Both were good but I really liked the former that tarter sauce. A bit of nostalgia for me. The salad had old lettuce (turning pink and brown). I liked the blue cheese dressing though. The waitress forgot our mashed potatoes. We got it after the meal. The gravy was really tasty. Dark brown in color and flavorful. There was only one waitstaff and she was horrible. I wanted to feel sorry for her but she just had an attitude. I gave her a full tip though. You can get a free desert here if you download their app. It's all pre wrapped and sliced. We had the cheesecake which tasted good. They had a A from the health inspector. So that's good."

"My wife and I got the Bambi Burger and we weren’t disappointed. Top notch ingredients for the burgers, super juicy, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. The fried mushrooms are the best we have had here in Louisville and are a reason by themselves to stop back in."
