"Well once again I will start with my wife I came out for a nice date night which was overdue so we were both craving steak and we are glad we came here first off I need to say the Keg has done everything...right they were so organized in the getting of info for the pandemic and the way that all the tables we spacious more than 6 feet apart, the food was delicious and our waitress Lindsay was so attentive and friendly made our meal so enjoyable we will absolutely come back"

"This has quickly become one of our favourite pubs. It’s probably a good thing for us that it’s not closer to home; food and vibe this good would have us there far too often a state that would put pressure on both our wallets and our waistlines!We’ve popped into The King’s Arms twice during our lengthy (100 km+ cycling jaunts along The Waterfront Trail. Both times we were very impressed. On our first visit we sat on the small front patio and enjoyed a delicious (like, really delicious chicken burger and fries accompanied by a couple ice cold ciders. The chicken burger was huge, tender and juicy, accompanied by a generous serving of really tasty french fries. This meal was so good we vowed to come back as soon as our next ride took us through Oakville.That second visit was as memorable as the first maybe even moreso. We discovered their very welcoming back patio (much larger than the one in front, shaded with a lovely large tree cooling the space down , and were greeted by the same friendly smiles and prompt service we encountered on our first visit.One of us had a Smash Burger and onion rings. No, wait, a Smash Burger and some of the best onion rings we’ve ever had anywhere! Now, by way of full disclosure, the burger was not a “smash burger”. It was a much more traditional, full patty burger, but don’t let this keep you from ordering this. It was a really, really delicious burger. And seriously, get the onion rings; they are to die for!We also ordered the Chicken on a Pita (with those excellent fries and it was outstanding. A generous amount of chicken grilled to perfection, and a fluffy warm pita wrapping all the trimmings. It was easily one of the heftiest pita wraps we’ve encountered, which was perfect because we were famished.We can’t say enough good things about this place. Thanks Rob and the gang for your hospitality, and we’ll see you again on the next long ride.Highly recommended."

"What a disappointment... I read their site and thought I scored with a local option - wrong. The seasoning has some similarities to southern rub flavour but the end product quality is poor. When I'm in the south, its all about BBQ joints we can find. I've enjoyed southern ribs from some of the best, most award places. Clearly the dream has died at shakers."

"Heard about this local eatery from a friend of the family as they said this place was fine. Did a pick up for my wife of the above stated items. They were cooked to order plus priced very reasonable. Despite getting this place cleaned up...prior to closing, they still took my order here. Fast cooking time plus friendly service. My wife said the food was good after eating it at home. Each time I pass this place, there is always people inn at this eatery. In my personal opinion, this is always a good sign for any food industry related business as the failure rates in this industry is very high!"
