"Stayed here 2 nights last week travelling from North Wales for a wedding at nearby Langar Hall. Room spacious, clean and comfortable with a large en suite bathroom. We were opposite the kitchen in the Elston room and were fore warned about a possibility of kitchen noise and found it not to be any problem in our circumstances as we wanted to up handy and were late to retire. The only thing missing, maybe a net curtain at the ground floor window as when dressing, kitchen members passed by which surprised us as it was open fields beyond the hedge. "

"Had a great late lunch with a friend who is a local here. I had Lamb Shank. Perfectly cooked, with thick dark gravy, just up my street. My friend had rump steak. We both commented on how filling and tasty our choices were. Really enjoyed the ambience, the service and the food. The interior is massive, but was spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed it here. See photo."
