"Went in to dine at a later hour, I was relieved to not be inside and have it overcrowded, the waitress was awesome, friendly and helpful..the food was delicious, I had fried shrimp and fries, not greasy and shrimp not over covered I'm flour....the big surprise was the fantastic clam chowder, I also tried the lobster bisque, it was good, with a touch of sweetness..the clam chowder salty and creamy..being from the barrier island's of NC I've had my share of seafood, so the Clam Shack has earned my patronage and I'd recommend to all to check it out, casual, family friendly, and with the gentleman playing on the guitar it was a nice atmosphere for dining ..(on top of the fact he played all my favorites) also, thanks for a clean and stocked bathroom ..as well as a reasonably priced, tasty meal..we'll be back..til then keep up the great meals.."

"So I had a boat reservation in Sanibel and I was hungry, so before the boat I decided to drive and eat after a place and everyone was closed..."

"First visit to Snapper?s is hot for late lunch today. This restaurant has no indoor seating, they have a few indoor dining places. All seats are outside. We ordered a chili dog $5.25), Grandma Kramer $4.75), original $5.25), Cheeseburger $8.85), medium fry $3.95) and we went back after we had eaten for ice. The hot dogs were delicious, but they also have natural shells that my husband hates. I'm glad they got burgers too, so he was happy. The hot dogs are delicious, but I wasn't a Chili fan. While it has no beans that are perfect, it was more spicy than I feel it must be. Not child-friendly chili. The hot dogs are typical so if you have a small appetite, you should order at least two. The Burger was pretty good and the Pommes were great. They offer about 40 different flavors of ice creams also in some fun flavors. They offer both shakes and malt."

"We have a reservation on Open Table that has been accepted. We traveled 40 minutes (one way) from our hotel to the restaurant. On arrival we were told that the restaurant had been closed about 1 week earlier because of a fire! This was not reflected anywhere, and certainly NOT on Open Table. What is this organisation? FINALLY, I saw that the restaurant website had been updated one day after we left, that is 9 days after it was closed. A great waste of our time and money."
