"Busy but felt chilled, no loud music just relaxing. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Food was gorgeous I had lamb roast and my son had mixed roast.There were options of other mains. Food arrived very quickly was fresh and a good sized portion. Desserts were equally tasty. Overall I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a Sunday roast or a meal any day of the week."

"Today we went to a family-eating, three generations together. I could not have been happier with the quality of food and drink. the value of half price meals from Monday to Wednesday is really incredible. the pub is clean and welcoming that are barstaff. friendly and helpful, and we will certainly be back."

"It's been a while this was supposed to be my birthday meal I looked at all the restaurants around Telford and choose yours So we arrived shown our table looked at the menu we ordered drinks then we ordered so I wanted the blackpudding scotch egg but was told we haven't got any because we was closed Monday and Tuesday so we haven't made this was Wednesday the first day of opening so you should have everything ready just thought that was a pathetic excuse so then I ordered the hanging kebabs with home made chips salad pitta bread and 2 dips my with ordered fish goujons the boys had ribs and a burger So the goujons came out they was chicken we said we ordered fish but the waitress had written down chicken ???? So we sent them back and wait for the fish goujons My kebabs came out well this is £19 meal kebabs where cold small handful of frozen cooked chip no way where they home cut chip so it put me off the whole meal just very poor after half an hour the fish goujons came out very greasy not good again when I set the kebabs back I was told I don't know how there cold but when paying for the bill I didn't pay for the kebabs I don't mind paying for a dish but it has to be hot and worth the price and definitely if your advertising home cut chips then they need to be I should know with 40yrs experience in catering"

"Good to have a choice of light bites or larger portions on the daily special menu. These looked to be a fair price. Also, a good choice of food on the regular menu. The food was tasty and well cooked. The girls who served us were really friendly. I will visit again. Price per person: £20–30"

"For the last 7 years we have been visiting The Bell at Tong every other month to eat with family on a Sunday. Over that time we have seen many changes. However, at our recent visit there was a noticeable change. The atmosphere and friendly service was was the first thing we noticed. The staff were engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. We were a party of 10 and we know from experience that serving everyone promptly can be a challenge. However, all the meal looked and tasted great. My 8oz steak was the best I’ve eaten anywhere in a very long time! Overall the experience was fantastic."
