"Every time we return to Korbach, we try to visit the Waldecker Stuben. It's a solid favorite of ours. The food is a consistently high standard, beautifully presented and represents good value for money. While I try to make the effort to enjoy various dishes from the menu, I have some clear favorites; for beginners, the onion soup with syringes of molten cheese makes a beautiful winter warmer and the smoked salmon wrapped around a hot crispy mini-rosti is delicious. The Allgäuer Schnitzel always goes well down on the main dishes. The free side salad served with many dishes is probably one of the best we have eaten with a beautiful selection of products and creamy balanced dressing. The owners, a man and woman team, are very friendly and help create a beautiful relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant itself is traditional German style, cozy with many interesting ornaments. There is a separate functional space that can be booked for larger parties. Don't wait back to the restaurant in a few weeks!"

"Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with this restaurant visit. The hot appetizers were cold, and the plates were missing, which had to be reordered. The main course was served although the appetizer was only started in the approach. In all 4 guests the salad was missing and in a dish the composition of meats was purely arbitrary. The meat of the suvlakis was very dry and little seasoned. In any case, need for improvement!"
