Une hôtesse me dit... j'appelle le livreur je vous laisse en attente.. ok..Elle me dit le livreur est en route il arrive, donc j'attend une fois de plus.21h toujours pas de nouvelle en sachent qu'il se situe sur la madeleine et moi sur marcq en baroeul ... donc 10minutes de route et encore il y'a juste le pont à passer...Donc je rappelle... je leurs demande si il se foutaient de ma gueule.Et de la on me sort madame votre commande viens d'être prise... la blague...Je lui demande donc un geste commercial elle me dit c'est mort pourquoi voulais vous un geste... donc je lui reexplique le soucie! J'ai soi-disant une nana qui se nomme responsable... elle me dit madame si vous dite sa au téléphone c'est que vous avais l'habitude de demander des gestes commerciaux... je lui répond donc que non pas du tout!!! C'est juste que 2 h d'attente c'est un peu beaucoup. Bref alors deja la nana devrais revoir son langage!!! Une grosse zoubida de quartier! Et sa ce dit responsable ??? ...Plus jamais j'y retournerai... trop déçu, même sur place le personnel parle en mode quartier devant les clients.. ou sont leurs instinct de professionnalisation ??? Dommage que le personnel sois autant pathétique ..."
