"I love coming here for a true authentic taste of South Indian cooking. I've not tried the desserts but I'm planning to at my next visit today! Everything is cooked to perfection, fresh, well seasoned, hot and made with passion you can taste it in the food . Prices are good for the quality of the food don't expect huge portions like you get on Brick Lane but that's not an issue at all as quality over quantity . The staff are always polite and accomodating. It does get very busy after 7:30pm seems to be regardless of the day so bare this in mind if you want to turn up without a booking."

"Made a reservation for late lunch and arrived, our table was there. We ordered at the bar and waited for what seemed 30 minutes for a couple of pizzas. After asking, we were told there was a large group and they ordered before us. Maybe so, we didn't see they did and maybe they booked too. Either way, would have been helpful to be told as we had meetings to go back to and the wait meant our lunch was very rushed and we returned late to our work. The other thing that surprised me was that online the price is 9 quid, but I was charged 12!!! No receipt. I said I thought it was 9. I had checked menus before hand. I was impressed with the knowledge of staff when it came to our order and ingredients, and the pizzas were hot and fresh. A little too burnt on the base. Staff were friendly and kind and the atmosphere in the pub lovely. Also a plus that they accept cash. Not happy with the price though."

"At the first visit, after the midday on Sunday, and we will definitely be back. the tee and the scones were from this world! fresh and good! we had the sweet skorn with the strawberry jam and the ohrlgrauen tee. first I was a little worried when I didn't get enough drunk cream (I use a lot of it, but even if we were up the dame we ordered from the theke came to check it, we needed more. and actually I was ok. her cloned cream was really good. beautiful staff and space. love the China dishes. earl grey was loose leaf tea. enough for a few tassen."
