"Ordered online for pickup. They must be having shortened hours because of covid or off season. The owner contacted me within an hour of my order to let me know when it would be ready for pickup. Pickup was quick and easy. They were very polite and welcoming. I only picked up an 8 piece because i’m heading back home in a couple days. The only way to describe the taste is, individual bites of heaven. So many individual flavors in one bite. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back for more my next visit to the Keys."

"Nice decor and service to the table was quick. Daily specials not listed in the menu are found on the board near the entry. There's a good selection of sushi options. Much of them are not authentic Japanese if that's what you're looking for. Lots of good options for appetizers and small plates. I had a spicy tuna roll and tonkatsu ramen. The sushi roll was a bit on the small side. It was okay for the most part. I thought it could use a little more wasabi. The ramen was nice in presentation. Bit too much ginger though. The pork belly was a bit dry. The noodles seem to have an odd texture and may have been overcooked. The broth was nice. I spent about $30.00 for the meal. A good option for Japanese eats."

"Twilight zone but I would come back. I tried to come here once before late lunch, 3-4pm) but it was a 20 minute wait, despite there only being a handful of people in here. Same thing today?I was by myself 3pm) and willing to sit at the bar but she said there was a wait. I looked around and saw one table w/3 people) and 2 individuals sitting at the bar. I later saw those two people behind the music equipment, preparing to play their set. I told her I could only wait the 5minutes and if it was going to be longer, let me know. 5-10 min later, I was seated but then waited another 5-10 minutes for the server who was standing behind the counter doing I don?t know what). The hostess came by and told me it wouldbe a few more minutes for the server as she shrugged her shoulders ??????? When the server came, I asked if the Summit Tower was a roll and she said, yes. It took another 15 minutes to get my food? no other food came out between the time Iordered and getting my food. Meanwhile I decided to order a beer from the menu, which seemed to really throw off the hostess who I asked for the beer because I hadn?t seen my server again). Then the server came back and said they didn?thave the beer I wanted?they only had 2 of the beers in their list ???? When I got my food, I was surprised that it wasn?t the traditional roll since I had asked). The only reason I gave this place 4 ?? is because it was delicious. It wasvery difficult to eat since the pieces were so big and it was too messy to hold. It fell apart as I tried to eat it???????? For me?it was just a weird experience. It felt more like a doctors office where you get one at a time service.Because I had tried to eat here before and got the same vibe, I presume this is the norm. Don?t get me wrong?I don?t like to be rushed when I eat but this was just weird. Good food but otherwise weird ? but hey, it?s key west, right? ????"
