"Last time I stopped at breakfast, about 5 years ago, and it was good at that time. this time I called, there were new people who run. this time I was really hungry. the food was delicious and the staff was friendly and the place had a good mood overall. "Of us call in here for lunch whilst moving house to Wales. Ordered the all day breakfast only to be told that they could only have a small breakfast as they were running out of ingredients. These were plated up and put on...the side whilst, the only non precooked part, the baked beans were microwaved. These meals were all tepid at best but as they had waited so long to get them they ate it. The other two of us ordered baked potatoes with beans and cheese. Potatoes, which were small, not cooked properly, beans cold and stingy amount of cheese. We sent them back. There was no apology just mumblings of not liking doing microwave meals?? When it had been microwaved again the beans were still cold and potatoes still not cooked. We asked for a refund as it was inedible. This was a big palava as they said the card machine didn't do refunds?? They eventually gave us cash. The young lady who came in to start work in the middle of this serving this food didn't even wash her hands before handling the food and seemed to think she had done an adequate job heating the beans. Her bad attitude was not appreciated. In summary if you are hungry keep going past this service station."

"Just visited wished i never had cold peas and the gravy i tipped away it was coloured water then i watch him put battered sausage and 6 fish in to refry then seen him put them put into server looked dark overcooked and should have been binned . i should know i ran a mobile fish and chip shop for years he should be ashamed to even offer this food for sale it is not a cheap meal so serve what customers expect fresh cooked quality food . never again ."
