"I ordered a pink drink with no ice and when I tasted it, it was very watered down. I noticed the color looked off but figured I could live with it. Once i got into my vehicle i poured it into my cup of ice and yep..it was very watered down. I walked back into the store and apologized for being 'That customer ' and kindly asked the barista to remake it. The look on his face was like I was an inconvenience I was the one apologizing when it should have been the other way around! I even tried to make light conversation but he was annoyed and gave me attitude. I got the second drink and guess what? It was still watered down! I was already on the verge of being late for work so I just kept it. Please train your employees better customer service. Ive been getting my drinks here and its always been my favorite place to go because my drinks have always been great until this morning!"

Customers blame them for things that don't do their doing, nor their fault, stop asking for complicated orders and you'll get everything you wanted. It's fast food, why the hell do you expect gourmet take? Take your toddler tantrums elsewhere and let us real customers enjoy our food from this hard-working operation."

"The best Mexican food I have had in a long time. Mexican food is one of our favorite dishes and they don't disappoint. We love the Sopes, Flautas, Tacos and Enchiladas with the green sauce. Rice is delicious too. The customer service is excellent, especially one young lady who calls me Miss Gayle. I forgot her name but she is so kind and sweet. They always greet you with a smile.
