"When you walk in, the Hostess didn 't greet us nor any of the customers. She just stood there and stared at you. Our server Lupe was somewhat unpleasant. She was very dry and dull. She didn 't offer or upsell anything to drink and then we got our food before our drinks. But the food was amazing and the atmosphere was great!"

"They are EXTREMELY slow and apparently don't know how to tell time. I have been waiting over 15 minutes. The worker fixed his mouth to say it's only been three minutes when I asked him about my order. Also he never apologized for the long wait. I didn't receive my order until about 30 minutes later. This isn't good customer service at all."

"We visited this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. What a funny place! Food was great... best chicken finger and maize fritter I've ever had. Really good prices and lots of beer and cocktail options. Everyone was very welcoming, and many smiles were shared. Great music and live bands twice a week. You also have a firehouse outside for people who like to sit outside with a drink. We will definitely come back."

"I wanted to support this business so I continued to patronize them in the midst of their shortcomings, but tonight was the last straw. I came in tonight to order 30 garlic parm wings. The lady that greeted me stated it would be a 30 min wait. I was shocked but love their food so I waited. I guess the sign was there when I called 2x before arrival and nobody answered. Anywho soI said fine and went back to my car and waited. 30 mins pass and I go back inside. The lady walks by me a few times so move I closer to the bar for acknowledgment. She approached after about 5/6 mins of sitting at the bar and tell me we can’t fulfill your order because we don’t have enough wings. Say what now?! Not me waiting for 30 plus min….almost 40 for yall to tell me that. Then the owner comes out and say the same thing .Like you didn’t know that you didn’t have enough before you told me that atrocious wait time? SMH to top it off he didn’t offer anything complimentary or a “I got you next time you come in”…just a dry sorry. SMH you guessed it, I won’t be back. He needs to get help in that establishment, buy in bulk for food, and show grace to people time that he has wasted. SMH they are ridiculous fr!"

"I’m sooooo freaking irritated. American Deli is my cheat meal so I ordered everything. I knew it would be an issue because my regular location is either East point or the one in THE FAYETTEVILLE PAVILION!! The one in the pavilion is literally the best. Back to my experience from this location. I ordered $50 worth of food. The wings were very hard and deformed. I did not enjoy my food at all. The Philly was extremely overcooked as well. Completely Burt dry. They never chop it the way they’re supposed to giving fat slabs of tough steak . I’m soooo disappointed and will never if at this American deli again. The young black girl working the front had exceptional service. The only good part of the meal."
