"I trusted the ratings but really disappointed! I recommend looking into other options... food quality and options is disaster, so if coming here for all inclusive experience don't hope much! Even the salad items are no good (old and gone bad or low quality) the beautiful pool you see in the photos... No that's not included in you all inclusive stay!! You have to pay a leg and hand per person per day to get in there! room sizes and cleanliness are acceptable. night shows are also acceptable and some were good quality and entertaining. the front desk staff are nice and friendly Overall very overpriced for the experience we have had and giving two starts only for the room size and night shows."
