"We enjoyed our dinner here last night. There's a nice terrace out the front but we decided to dine inside as it was a bit cold.The dining room is very cosy but with plenty of space between tables. The staff are super friendly and we heard some good tales from one of the owners.The food was generous and delicious. The prices comparable to neighbouring restaurants.We would be happy to return."

"Perfectly placed. In between our long walk in the sun, between Grellingen and Duggingen, we came upon this place. And thank Christ we did, as we were dying in the midday sun, parched with the heat, tired and in need of some cool refreshments and a good rest. We got some nice beers, served cold from the tap, and had some ice creams. Sat outside under the shade, and enjoyed our recuperation. After a long walk it was nice to have an hour just to relax and chat. Service was friendly and beers went down so well."

"When I am visiting Basel, I always try to eat here with friends. Always great Cordon Blues and an enthusiastic host in a simple inn like atmosphere. You hear them hammering the meat in the kitchen while enjoying a local Feldschlösschen beer. A must try when you are in the region."
