"I'm giving it 3 stars because I love the food. However, I got take out today and was appalled with how the manager was treating the 2 employees. He was truly abusive to them. While the girl was ringing up someone's order he stood over her screaming at herasking if the queso is in the bag. It took her a minute to answer and he got meaner. She looked very nervous and bullied. Hecontinued to scream at them, throw his hands around and he was truly so mean to each of the employees. It made my stomach hurtto watch it. The employees were very quiet and nervous looking. I ended up saying something and he started yelling at me. Heshould have been deeply grateful that they were there working and doing a good job. This manager needs to be fired. It's hardfor businesses to find workers and with his abusive attitude he will destroy the restaurant. It was sad to watch. I reported itto corporate and I hope something is done about it. This happened late afternoon on Thursday, Oct 27th."

"I understand that it?s busy but the hygiene of the employees are absolutely disgusting. I?ve seen employees touch their pants and their face and cleaning products and directly touch utensils to serve customers. I actually came home and took a shower because the place smelled so bad and I think it?s coming from the pipes and pop machine. Also, the customer service is terrible and they?re rude for no reason. I will not recommend anybody eating here unless you want free salmonella because the queso was drenched in other meats that the girl ignored and continue serving me. Qdoba<Taco Bell"

I personally think the soyfritas are too salty, so I have always only with the veggies, but veg options always come with free guac so make sure they get it. Pro Tips: they can be like for double rice and drill as no extra cost so they get their $7 worth! also I will always be a tortilla on the side of my bowl (it is free) and they can make them small tacos and help to fill them! chipotle is always a simple way to go when I am stranded without vegan options."
