"The original owners were very nice and welcoming. Their children have taken over and you can tell. The customer service is dry and rude. I grew up going here and I'm a little sad that it's not what it use to be. The broccoli was so over cooked is was mushy and so the outside was soggy. The fish was horrible. It's hit or miss"

"We enjoy Pacific Cloud Seafoods’ tasty fillets and canned fish. Actually, the tins of trout with dill and smoked salmon were a revelation. They were so delicious they put all other brands of canned fish to shame. My husband also liked their salmon roe. The owner, Ryan Horwath, is very knowledgeable (and so is Geoff). He was very informative about fish, fishing and recipes. I don’t care for Sockeye Salmon. But, upon Ryan’s recommendation I tried one of their fillets. Well, I now like Sockeye and will only purchase it from Pacific Cloud Seafoods. My favorites are their cods. On a side note, I appreciate that Ryan supports sustainable fisheries. That aligns with my concerns.Order their fish online or visit their shop on Chandler Street, or any of the farmers markets they participate in."

"First of all it's was right on the shoreline trails bike path which made for a great rest stop on our ten mile bike ride . You are welcome to come from any distance .as that trail is great ..the wings ..ok ..my burger just ok ..my wifes fish fry was delicious ..so I would stick to the sea food on the menu as it is apparently what they do ...service was ..and again right on the bike trail ...."
