"I decided to try Dixy Chicken for a change and on initial appearance it seemed OK. I was stood waiting for six minutes and nobody was present to take a food order, there was somebody scrubbing a grill whilst on a mobile phone and two others members laughing and joking towards the departure door from the kitchen to the prep area. There was also up to 40 portions of food cooked off and drying out severely by the discolouration on the batter, I found the customer service to be the height of unprofessionalism."
