"Pioneer Energy has a food bar inside the gas station. I ordered a chicken shwarma sandwich with everything and expected a treat. Instead, I got sick from the food and needed to get to the toilet quickly twice to get relief. The chicken was not...freshly prepared. It was dry and crumbly. There was only one food preparer, I even though I was second in line, the order before me was for a family, so I needed to wait 15 minutes. My advice? Stay away from this place."

"This is the 3rd time in 8 weeks or so we've gone to KFC at University Plaza, and we were disappointed every time. The first time we went for a bucket of chicken, and had to wait almost 30mns, because they were out of white chicken during dinner hour! And the fries were like cardboard. The second time it was before dinner hour, and we had to wait 30mns or more, because they were out of the dark meat fries like cardboard again! And my friend went to pick up food again tonight, later though, and again they were out of white meat, and fries, and he was told yet again it would be 30mns. Also, he said the staff clearly didn't care, and even laughed about it. Well That is the last time we spend our money at that KFC. We'll go the extra block to Popeye's Chicken for now on, as they're politer and better organized! Cathy , Dundas, ON"

"I love to hang inside as it got beautiful view and great parking lot. The store is right on the busy corner and store itself has huge windows next to dinning table. Restroom condition wasn't great as store is very old. Only sad thing is that they are going to close this store on upcoming Dec 29,2019. ll miss the spot. :"
