"After several days of reduced visibility, we were lucky to visit on an absolutely beautiful day. Skiing makes you hungry and thirsty, so we decided to have lunch on the berg, with goulash and knoedel soups being our primary choices. The food was great, the beer was refreshing and the service was friendly. The magnificent panoramic views from the top of the mountain will take your breath away."

"This restaurant is situated just down from the peak of the Kitzbuehler Horn mountain. It is an excellent place to stop for refreshment as it is a short walk down from the summit through the Alpine garden with its range of alpine flowers and plants. It is a great place to take shelter in inclement weather and provides outstanding views from isnside and out on the extensive terrace in good conditions. Drinks and food are quite average really and there is a small souvenir shop. It is possible make your way down from here either by road, path or cable car (as the station is situated here.) I also understand that you can get a replacement battery for an e-cycle from here (although this information was relayed to me by a local person down in the town and I cannot confirm it.) The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful."

"A family of 5 we went there for dinner and we didn't even had the chance to taste their dishes..... We sat at our table and our son asked for the wifi code and the rude waiter's reply was not know, later When we ordered...our drinks he brought a broken glass jug that when we asked for another one not broken he gave us the angry look. After 3 minutes he came back to take our order and when we asked for 5 more minutes to decide he said finish and rudely asked us to leave!!!!! We didn't spend more than 10 minutes in the restaurant when we were asked to leave and no-one else where there except from some guys at the bar drinking beers. It is the first time in my life that I meet such an awful and rude waiter. Don't even dare go there for lunch or dinner I am certain that the only reason this restaurant is still open is because kitzbuhel is very busy so when all the restaurants are full they are the last choice."
