"The waiter was very friendly and customer-oriented. we ordered both Mexican tellers and they tasted like authentic, from scratch Mexican food, and certainly not loaded with cheese. my margarita was not too sweet and right. the vibe is the old western saloon. we go back to try a big breakfast."

"We stopped on way home from the lake staving and had our 2 dogs with us! Only place can take dogs to eat in this little town and we where so glad! The outside patio area was so peaceful and beautiful. We got seated right away, the young lady who took order and helped us was amazing! She had our drinks quickly checked on us often, even though we were outside. The food was amazing! We highly Recommend this place. I was sad to hear they are not very busy because the food is great and service is awesome and very clean and kept up. Thank you Wild Horse restaurant Kid-friendliness: And animal friendly"

"Despite the poor reviews we thought we would give it a try. The server was nice and accommodating,obviously family run cafe. The enchilada sauce was the best I had tasted.we didn't have to wait long for food and it was attractively served. You can sit next to the windows or outdoors and watch what is happening in the park or 83. However everything very mild and very mundane in taste. You so feel like you are in Mexico and you are only 20 minutes from the border. However we will probably notreturn as we like spicy food and beans and rice as well as hubbys enchiladas and my rellanos were just ok. I hated that I wasted my calories!"
