"We received a text from Turkish cuisine and said that our food is delivered after the online order by 18.22 clock. around 19 o'clock we called to look for our food just to get an incompetent young girl on the phone who had no notice. finally she puts one. man on the phone who says that you have already gone out without asking who we are, where we live or what we have ordered. like a normal answer for him, we called 15 minutes later to ask about our food to say the same. our meal showed cold an hour after text from the restaurant said it was here and was cold. the van said he had picked up the food five minutes ago. he didn't cost it either. never with tucker fox for every delivery time and again. rude delivery man and Turkish kitchen need a better telephone system or at least someone to answer the phones that customer service knows."
