"The food was cold, and McDonalds took one 1 hour just to fulfill the order. McDonalds said that they were short staffed, but even if they were short staffed, it still should not have taken an hour just to prepare a big Mac and some nuggets. it was by far the biggest waste of money I think I ever spent. My wife and I did not even eat a ¼of the food it was so bad. The driver said McDonalds had him wait there for over an hour before the order was ready. It was the worst fast food experience we ever had, but the driver was awesome, he provided updates to my wife every 10-15 min, I gave our driver a $10 tip for all the troubles he had to endure while waiting for our order to be prepared."

"Here's a chipotle. The food is standard. Operations are standard. Okay, but that's easy to screw even if your staff leads the place to their convenience. I was here a few times, and I'll never go back. The staff was unprofessional and chaotic. The food was not ready for one of my orders on time, but late over 35 minutes with my presence there, and their servings other customers instead of my order. They often run out of guacamole, so I don't choose to go here for this reason, because Veg nuts guacamole- can't eat point in chipotle if I can't have guacamole. The way this place is going, I'd rather go hungry than go back."
