"We spent a week in a villa 500 mtrs on the road and ate at albergo ristorante almost every night. the beautifully simple Tuscan cuisine was delicious the desserts were mouth-watering and we were pampered every evening by our lovely friendly host! it felt. as if we come after a long day on travel to home to a beautiful house cooked meal. we grew very well at this beautiful place and the friendly people. we also enjoyed every morning big coffee under the vine covered outside area of bar panini views over the majestic views, which is a great opportunity to start the day! an excellent way to experience the real toscana. we will never forget that this incredible place his people x."

We spent many a pleasant lunch relaxing from the heat and enjoying the good food. if you wish you can purchase any of the items that you have tasted and we did. Try Grandpa;s vino santi a definite winner. One of our first stops in 2011 when we visit Cortona."

"My wife and I stayed at Relais La Corte Dei Papi while vacationing in Italy for a few nights. I could not speak highly enough for how incredible of a stay this was. Would highly recommend anyone staying near Cortona and will go as far as to say we will go out of our way next time in Italy to ensure we come back for at least 2 3 nights. You are greeted upon arrival with beautiful, lush grounds that sets the luxurious tone for the rest of your stay. The staff was very nice, gave us a personal touch, and skilled in ensuring a no friction stay for deep relaxation. Our room was perfect, I would recommend upgrading to one of the rooms that include a jacuzzi as a must have! Our dinner exceeded expectations in every regard. We are still talking about the food (especially Ossobuco), our wine pairing was perfect, and the service was executed better than places my wife and I have been at significantly above this price point. Great job, we will be ordering your wine and I cannot wait to return!"
