"This was one place open on a recent public holiday so we booked and took our chances. We were alone for a while us and the lady serving. She coughed regularly and did not sound well! She was also a bit frosty to start.. but warmed up later! The food was good nicely cooked duck. Good cheese selection. Very good puddings. Tow other couples arrived and the place felt more alive; but the atmosphere was not what it might have been. Overall, a good dinner, food-wise."
