"Bonjour à toutes et à tous,Nous avons goûté le Menu autour de huit plats. Beaucoup de créativité, de belles saveurs et une présentation très soignée. La mise en bouche avec la coupe de Champagne était d'enfer. Le bar, la fera, le lapin et le pigeon sublimes ! Le plateau de fromages est top aussi. Mention spéciale pour le dessert aux cerises avec sa glace à la lavande. Au niveau de la carte des vins : une belle sélection à tarif abordable et quelques flacons d'exception, comme le Chablis Grand Cru les Clos (2012) de Vincent Dauvissat que je me suis empressé de commander, producteur que j'affectionne tout particulièrement (cf : mon compte rendu "La Pyramide a Vienne/Patrick Henriroux"). Le Chorey les Beaune de Michel Gay (2012) que nous avons pris a été très agréable aussi. Les deux crus allaient parfaitement avec le grand menu dégustation. L'accueil est très chaleureux et on sent que toute l'équipe se donne à fond pour faire de votre halte à L'Angelick un moment d'exception. Et cela a été parfaitement le cas. Question : mais que fait l'inspecteur du Guide Rouge? Comment se fait-il que l'établissement n'ait pas encore un macaron ? Nous avons fait trois haltes dans cet établissement en deux ans et à chaque fois cela a été vraiment top. Bref, vous l'aurez compris, l'Angelick est une valeur sûre dans le coin. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe et à tout bientôt, votre Restotestor."
