"I went into Tom’s today and the staff was super helpful in trying to find me a dress in my size that I wanted. I didn’t end up getting their dresses that they currently have a deal on (they’re absolutely adorable), but another dress with pockets� All of their dresses are gorgeous and the cashier was super helpful and very sweet. I’ve never really shopped here before, but plan on coming back."

"Not good at all. Waited at the counter several minutes to finally have someone come out to wait on me. Ordered then went to take a seat. Table was dirty and gross so went to the bathroom to dampen some napkins to wash table down. The bathroom was horrendous. Feces all over the toilet and smelled awful. Went to the other bathroom to get water on the napkin. Met with my co-workers for about 15-minutes to have one of the employees come over and tell us the lobby was closing an hour early. So we essentially went there for nothing as we had to find somewhere else to go meet. I definitely do not plan on returning."

"On 4/1/23, at 6:45pm, my friend and I went into Starbucks and had a terrible experience with their customer service. An Asian gentleman was working the computer and when we went up to order he stated the computer wasn’t working and we needed to put in our order through the app. I explained to my friend that it was probably because of some power issues and he was like “nope not really sure” in a rude way. We then put our order in and waiting on the side for it to be finished. When he got done making our drinks he set them down, without saying who it was for, and threw the straw down with it. I then told him he was being really rude, and I walked out. I am not sure why whenever anyone walks into a starbucks they are belittled. Never have I had that issue with going to a Dunkin location. Really would love someone to address how their workers should be treating their customers. Thanks."

"We went in looking for a couch. A salesperson approached us and asked if we had been there before and what we were looking for. He then introduced himself, told us what tags had the best deals and to let him know if we had any questions, then let us browse. We had narrowed it down to 2 couches when he came back. He answered our questions and got us a good deal on the one we liked best. We asked for it to be delivered today since tomorrow is supposed to be rainy. We were told that it would be between 3 and 4. I was called a few minutes after 4 to be informed that they had run into a problem, but would be here shortly. Very courteous of them to call like that. Would highly recommend this store."
