"The concept is great. You choose items from the buffet and /or have them cook you fresh food on the hotplate or wok. There is a small selection of sushi as well as chinese style food that you would recognise in the uk (spring rolls,...sweet and sour etc). Also a small selection of deserts. The problem arises is you come to the restaurant just when it opens or 2 hours before closing in the evening. If you arrive at 7.30 or 8pm none of the staff can be bothered to cook any fresh food or indeed serve you because they are all having their dinner. I have been told on more than one occasion that I will have to wait until the staff have finished eating. If you arrive later at around 10pm they will have run the buffet down and are very reluctant to replace items making the choice very limited. In addition to this I have on 2 occasions had meat cooked to order that was not properly cooked (pork and beef) and the beef tasted off. You think this place is good value but you would be better to go 3 doors down to Nagoya with its train of sushi and chinese food which is the same price but has better food, better staff and better choice. I will not return to this restaurant. I have given it many chances and I am always disappointed."
