"Wir verbrachten einen schönen Tag mit Freunden und wollten den Abend mit einem guten Essen ausklingen lassen. Wir bestellten als Vorspeise 2 Mal Muscheln in Weinsauce, einen italienischen Salat und eine Tomatensuppe.Als Hauptgericht, Rigatoni all' Arrabiata, 2 Pizza 4 Jahreszeiten und 1 Pizza Sophia Loren.Suppe und Salat waren ok. Die Muscheln allerdings halb roh,viele waren noch geschlossen.Die geschmacksneutrale Sauce,kalt. Wir reklamierten und die Muscheln wurden nun ausreichend gegart und heiß serviert. Sauce???? schmeckte immer noch nicht. Eine Pizza wurde vergessen,die anderen beiden wurden nicht fertig gebacken serviert. Die Rigatoni waren gerade mal lauwarm.Es hatte den Anschein,da ziemlich reger Betrieb war,ging es eher um Abfertigung.Wir reklamierten erneut( war uns schon peinlich).Pizza wurde wieder in den Ofen geschoben und erneut serviert. Fazit, es kann immer mal was schieflaufen,aber da stimmte einfach nichts."

"The Blasius restaurant in Merzig has been an institution and one of the first culinary addresses here for decades. I have eaten several times there.
