And he gave us togo water without even asking, like who does that. Phenomenal customer service! He is an asset to casa garcia and I can see him getting promoted to Managment soon! Dulce leyva Is the lady of the hour. I like my coffee hot and I have never been served constant hot coffee before. She had a fresh cup on the table before I was half way through the first cup. "By far the worst place I've ever been and not return. I ordered myself online, received snippy customer service full of settings when I got my articles, it was wrong, but was was wasted 20mins of my time in drive-thru. they have called to talk to the manager, but they had no accountability, which they were just the fault on me (the customer) and offered by mouth to take care of my next order without a voucher, no confirmation number. I said I didn't feel like I was taking care of this thema, and I was called a 1-800 number. Oh, believe me, I have! This place needs a training, which is the easiest customer service to him."

"Worst location I have ever encountered. This evening around 7:45pm visited this location thru the drive thru. There were 5 cars in front of us. Line moved very slowly and took about 25 minutes to get to the ordering box. When we got to the speaker the lady who was taking our order sounded frustrated and upset. She started taking our order and then told us to hold on because they were short staffed. Left us waiting over 5 minutes before she came back to take our order. Again"

"Staff is always friendly but the food could be better. I want this place to be great. Bought the seafood platter for 16.99 added an xtra $2 for a side of seafood gumbo and it's not worth it. Lots of fries 3 catfish nuggets 3 oysters and 3 shrimp. the seafood gumbo, No seasoning at all, no salt. It has more okra than seafood. 1shrimp and 1oyster and no crab."
