"Nous avions : - en ENTREE une soupe fraude au melon, groseilles et crevettes avec un toast une brousse à l'orange. Très bonne idée de servir le melon en soupe froide (avec quelques boules de melon ferme et croquant dedans), très bonne idée aussi d'ajouter le rouge vif, l'acidité et le croquant des groseilles. Les crevettes - pas indispensables pour moi. J'aurais aimé le tout un peu plus relevé (gingembre ? piment ?). Néanmoins au moins un 4/5.- en PLAT un carré d'agneau avec les légumes de la ratatouille. Excellente qualité de viande, bravo ! Super cuisson : tendre à l'intérieur avec une peau croquante. Et - très bonne idée d'ajouter aux légumes tendres le croquant de noix (? ou amandes ?) concassées. L'autre plat : un carré de bœuf marine dans le shoyu avec des pommes de terres aux olives noires. Superbe viande ici aussi. Cuisson très maitrisée. Mais sauce soja PLUS olives noires - oups, c'est un peu trop salé. Dommage. Donc malgré la qualité de la viande pas plus qu'un 4/5.Par ailleurs, comme dans beaucoup trop de restaurants l'accompagnement de légumes est un peu juste en quantité.DESSERTS : pas le point le plus fort. Très bonne qualité, mais un peu banal - et seulement 2 sur 3 choix disponibles. Nous avons choisi un café gourmand qui était servi avec un panna cotta aux fruits rouges, un carré de gâteau au chocolat, une crème brulée et un cannelet. Tout est correctement exécuté - mais quel manque regrettable d'inventivité. Courage, osez surprendre !BOISSONS : bière (à la pression ! et à la bonne température !) et vin blanc (un Viognier du Ventoux qui n'a pas laissé des traces indélébiles), mais servi au verre ; très bon service. Tout comme le service dans son ensemble : rapide, professionnel et souriant. De toute évidence (carte courte), le restaurant travaille ses plats sur place dans une approche artisanale et à partir d’ingrédients frais et de qualité. Rien que cela vaut le détour !Nous reviendrons rien que pour voir, si vous avez plus d'idées pour les desserts…Samedi soir, le "jardin" (en fait une cour intérieure couverte de vigne et avec un bassin au milieu) etait pratiquement plein. Bonne signe. En hiver une cour intérieure peut être sympa, lors des températures caniculaires de ce début de mois d'août, une terrasse ouverte ombragée aurait été le meilleur choix. Mais : choisir, c'est renoncer. Nous avions privilégié la qualité de la cuisine."
