"Always friendly and friendly staff. Large menu selection. I like to be able to customize my coffee with different roasts, they often have 3 options. The reward system is also beautiful, a reward of $5 after a few cups purchased is beautiful. Only con is sometimes you get a burned coffee that can be a big bummer."

"If I could give Utica coffee 0 points I would. My roommate and I spend a lot of money on this coffee, trying to make sense of what all the rave is about. The coffee is very very weak, we tried wake me up as well thinking that might be the better one and it's not. We will never! buy or support Utica Coffee again!"

"A warm friendly local spot. I’ve moved out of the area, but my fiancé and I always make a point to stop in when visiting home. Not only is this a small family run local business, they sell an array of local products that make the trip extra special. I love seeing small businesses lifting up other small businesses. Not to mention… the menu is incredible and the grilled cheese is savory and not too greasy. There is usually a small wait to get your order because they literally make it from scratch. Bring a book, pop over to Utica Coffee to get a takeaway coffee and then enjoy your meal. Get soup for dunking, you won’t regret it."

"The compound is a frequent lunch spot for my co-workers and I throughout the week it never disappoints! The owners are genuine and authentic adding a warm, welcoming atmosphere as if you were neighbors when you walk through the doors. The staff are always willing to answer questions about their unique menu and never without a friendly smile. I can’t say enough good things about the compound and any chance I get I tell people to check it out! This is exactly the sandwhich shop we needed!"

"As a student at Hamilton College, Tom 's is a fantastic local resource for healthy snacks, seasonal products and coffee off-campus. The store is small, but it has the essence. They have a particularly large selection of snack articles, such as yogurt and chocolate covered porridges, raisins and almonds. I particularly recommend their Cranberry Munchies, which are homemade and a great increase in energy on the run. The business also sells Clinton Pottery cups for interested buyers who are very popular with students.
