"Very disappointing experience. Me and my husband come in frequently and usually get the same things. We came in recently to celebrate a birthday and the service was horrible. Right off the bat we waited up front for several minutes waiting to beseated. We ordered right away and I got my food first. Then like 20 mins later we got our sushi and then waited another 15 minsbefore my husband finally got his food. Very unprofessional food is supposed to come out all at once. Once I started eating thechicken didn?t taste right. I?ve had the same dish before and it?s never tasted like that. Very mushy and gross. When I saidsomething to the waitress she went to get the manager and then the lady sat there and argued with me saying that there wasnothing that she could do and that I would still have to pay for it. I only had a couple of bites and there was more than 50% offood still on the plate. After I finally told her I WAS NOT paying for something I didn?t like she finally took it off. Sad tosay that is going to be the last time we eat there."

"First my resw was there when I had to rest. we had to wait 30 xtra minutes. the kerl was helpful, but still waiting and waiting. the waitress was not patient with our commands. the positive of this visit was our Hibachi type and eating. the price was ok."

"I ordered food to go. I ordered panang curry with chicken, a side of yaksoba noodles and spicy edema. The food tastes good but what you get for the price is disappointing. The curry was just chicken and green peppers and you had to request the rice ifyou want it. Just not impresses what so ever with the tiny portions for the price. Just not at all worth what I paid and theservice was just ok. I sat at the bar while I waited for my order and the bar tender disappeared. Not a great experience and Idon't see myself ever going back."

"Food is ok but the service is great! The waitstaff stays on top on your drinks and are very friendly. There is plenty to choose from. It fills you up but it's not the best place I've been. Some of the meats could have stood to be a little hotter. It was just ok, nothing spectacular."

"We tried Ginza for the first time tonight and were so impressed with the sushi. We only ordered sushi and it blew us away. The quality of the fish exceeded our expectations and was very fresh. We were surprised with the prices, but it’s well worth it and we will absolutely be back! Very cool that it’s veteran owned, too. I had the opportunity to speak with the owner and let him know how great the food was, as well as the sushi chef. Can’t wait to eat there again!"
