"On 2/20/22, I purchased a bowel from the Homewood IL location for my lunch to take to work. I sat the bag after leaving out Chipotle on my backseat of car. I got work and took the bag out of my car, holding it by the handles, low and behold, everything fell straight threw out the bottom of the bag. I called and spoke to Brandon the manager. He said I'm so sorry and to come in to get my order again. I was thrilled. Wonderful customer service. Some places would have said it wasn't in our parking lot we can't reissue. This was not the case here. Awesome job."
