"It is the third time that we are! Always very happy with the service and quality of the food! But this time it has not been the same!! I have reserved the table more than a month in advance, when we arrive they tell us that they cannot give us the table that we had reserved... We sit down and ask for the drink, we say that the glass of wine is not cold and they pass everything, they do not bother to change it... we tell them again and they tell us that the refrigerators were not replaced so it is not cold to which we respond that they take it and bring it when it is cold! At the moment a glass of cold wine arrives... The food is still exceptional but we left with a bad taste in our mouths due to these details and because when they brought us the bill they wanted to charge us for the glass of hot wine... In these cases when it is not fulfilled With what is reserved, you usually have a detail with the client, at least offering a courtesy coffee but instead they wanted to charge us more..."
