"If you want something more tourist oriented or formal this is not the place for you. If you want to eat great local food with in a really great fun atmosphere then this is the place for you. The wait for a table was made...easier by the fact that there was an enormous fridge of different beers to sample. And the food and wine were both excellent and well priced"

"Together with my friends we went to visit Ital in the beginning of August. We had heard it was a pop up restaurant with great vegetarian food (which you can hardly find in Ericeira). And were we blown away by the amazing food, kindness and amazing service of Denise, Freddy and Rui and the best wine!! Every dish was made with so much attention to detail, excellent and surprising flavour combinations and beautifully presented! A great place to go together with your family, a few friends, or even alone to meet new people! Highly recommended!!"

"I had heard of dinner clubs in Great Britain and thought it would be a brilliant idea, so jumped to the chance to go to ital here in ericeira. they are invited to a very nice environment in the home of freddy and denise, which. fabulous eating of cratzers cook and offer them 6 delicious foods for €20 per head! also wine, beer and cocktails are available and the price includes even a welcome drink! the first time I went, I made photos of every cure, as it presented everything so well and tasted unique and delicious! I went alone and when you sat on a sociable long table, I came away after I made some good friends, which I now see all the time! the second time when I left, they had a whole house full, it was so popular and the company was just as good. I really recommend to everyone to experience it. freddy and denise have such a friendly family and young can also cook them! They did not even begin to my strange allergies and nutritional requirements and ensured everyone no problem. make sure they plan and enjoy booking! I even see you there."

"This is 2nd visit to O'Barco. I celebrated my 50th there last year and we enjoyed it so much we returned to the restaurant for my husband's 60th. So glad we did. i emailed the owner to book a table as a surprise, he was so accommodating and helped towards making it special. The staff were the same as last year and remembered us which was lovely. We had fantastic meal and they had arranged for the entertainment to wish my hubby happy birthday. He had a fantastic night. We ate their on a few occasions over the week and food was fabulous, it's in a prime location and always busy. Thanks to Pedro, Alice, Antonio, Nelson, Americo, Maea and ALL the staff helping to make our 2nd visit as good as the first.p.s the orange cake they serve is AMAZING, we had 3 huge slices each throughout the week!"
