"Great food, however was not impressed by the service of one of the workers who was a tall black guy working around 12:00 on 10/23. Did not bother to give me a bag for my order, would not compensate me for my missing change, I would have left a tip, however his service was not up to standard), did not give me a receipt for my order and did not even scan in my rewards correctly so now I?m left without a receipt and can?t enter the receipt into the app for my rewards. Also he was purposely speaking in a low tone just to avoid talking with me, and when asked about my missing change he did not even bother responding. Someone seriously needs to train these people to have some respect for patronizing customers."

"Had the tamalas and it was most likely super old because it was hard and dry as a rock. It was also tasteless. I also had the steak fajitas and the steak was extremely dry. The fish tacos were tasteless- could use salt and flavor. The cherry on top is I got extreme diarrhea from the food as I am currently writing this on the toilet. I had high hopes but this was a disappointment. Maybe I caught them on a bad day?"

"Grab a double protein barbacoa shell. As usual. On a side note there was an older lady waiting for a bus to Media. She seemed a little confused with the bus times. I looked at her schedule when she only had a flip phone. She looked like there were 30 minutes coming, but she was worried because the bus did not show up in the previous hour. I told her I would pick up some things at Lowes next door, but would swing back to make sure she had caught the bus. I went to Chipotle to see if she was still there. When I raised, one of the Chipotle workers went into a Uber. I asked her if she had ordered the Uber for her and confirmed her. I tried to offer her some money to cover the costs, but she refused, although I insisted several times. She said: “Everything good, it is the holidays”. I said, “I know why I want to help.” She shook her head “No no” and smiled when she went back. Heart touched by this generous young woman in Havertown Chipotle"

"I realize packaging is expensive, but many people would prefer not to have 3 kinds of tacos jammed into one package. Some people might be averse to having their lengua all up in their barbacoa. Thats not to mention the cross contamination issues that could cause, for people with dietary restrictions. Normally tacos come with sauce on the side, maybe even two kinds. We got zero kinds. It could have helped, as the tacos were on the bland and dry side. But, they werent drier than the limes, which yielded no juice. Following on the dry theme, the enchiladas had just a couple tablespoons of sauce. Normally enchiladas are a very saucy dish."

"Dine in experience was awesome. Music was fun to listen to, and food was fantastic. Unsure if it's a sunday thing for them or if we we're coming in at a bad time for them but food came out very slowly. Had to wait around 35 minutes just for appetizers. Stuffed Jalapeños and Nachos were bomb, Birria tacos were alright."
