A little to relaxed, a very quick presentation of the food and wines, somewhat minimalistic, we would have liked more info upfront. Instead we had to ask serveral times... "What an amazing experience! Surprisingly balanced and confident kitchen, all meals were perfect today from the seasonal menu, classic asparagus with shrimps and lightly peppery holland sauce, cod with fried capers was in magic harmony, texture was incredible, the young chicken also great balance and super crispy surface and rhubarb composition at the end was also lovely…. On top the staff was just so customer focused, ongoing attention without interrupting, in Denmark I would say best in class! Massive congratulations to the team there and strongly recommended!!! Well done! Will be back"
