"The portions were very generous, the drinks were amazing. the $5 margaritas were a bargain they didn't cut the flavor or liquor. I got the Pollo Loco and wow it was awesome! the homemade corn tortillas were hot and fresh, salsa and chips delicious . I ate until I was too full to eat more and took enough for another meal home. I would eat here every time I come in the area from Wyoming. amazingly delicious and great service!!! Great ambience and comfortable booths with plenty of leg room."

"This place never disappoints. Mexican food can really upset my stomach. At Santiagos I run out that I enjoyed my meal and do not regret it later. The green chili, breakfast Burritos, Enchiladas and Barbacoa Tacos are excellent. The service is always good and fast."

"One word! Barf! Brighton CO is a joke when it comes to food anywhere! Don’t know why I gave this place a go. Maybe because I was hungrier than ever! The food right down to the presentation of it looked like garbage ?️ in the trash can! Ate it and that how it tasted too. I pray to god I won’t get E-coli. If you want expensive diarrhea. Go for it!"

"Worse experience ever! My wife I waited more than 20 minutes to just even order food. Only 2 people actually doing their jobs. One of them was just leaning against the wall-not helping as his coworker is upset for him not helping. New girl at the register trying her best. The guy who was just leaning had his friends come bring him ice cream in the middle of all of this. Surprised he didn?t try to eat it right their then. Got home to eat because we got a to go order the rice beans are stale. Just unprofessional and unfortunately bad night for the food taste. I hope management does better training on the crew and better service."
