"Wasted potential. I was here a few times. Let me tell you something, some of the best chickens I've ever had. And I was in a TON of absoloutely fantastic chicken restaurants, so much says. In fact, I would rate this place It is very deserved 5 stars if not for a very amazing and HUGE problem. At my first appearance at the point when I read the reviews and was confused with negative feedback from my head... but after I went there 8 times or so I see why. The staff is HORRIBLY undisciplined. Keyword undisciplined they are nice and friendly and can carry conversations well. They do their jobs well, not exactly efficient. I'm looking at this place... which may be one or two times a week for a while. Your opening hours are 11:00, which is usually when I take my lunch. This place is NOT for early risers. I had to wait until 11:45 until I actually had to go back to work because they took so long. On this note I have no idea if they even opened up at that time because I left. That means they could have been closed for a longer time. - It's not just a one-time event. I'd say 5 of the 8 times I was there, the restaurant was closed until 11:20 to 11:30. That may not sound so much, but for people who take off lunch, that was a big deal. The next issue is the time she needs to make a meal. Typically, I command her chicken strip and chicken wing combo when I go there and wait, it takes about 20 to 30 minutes, sometimes even more. I myself worked at KFC and know how this stuff is typically prepared. I can tell you that I can cut this time up to 15 or 10 at least with my own cooking appliance. When I first worked at KFC, my boss would just have us there almost 2 hours early to make sure everything is ready for opening hours. It is somehow sad to actually see a place with so much potential, not on food quality, not on customer service, not on the price of food, but on something as simple as laziness. What's more baffling is they're lazy at 11:00? It's not even so early. I want to like this place, I want to support him. But if I go to lunch and think of this place, the last thing I should think is I will even be able to do it in the door today? Because it's what it is... a gamble. And because of these other lower quality places will continue to get better business. Too bad."

"First time coming to this fine establishment. It is seat yourself. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Saganaki had such great flavor one of the top I have ever head, downfall you don't get that much with it. The blt wrap was amazing, I usually get blt sandwich and cut my mouth with the toast this made a whole different experience for me and now I will never go back . My friend got the club sandwich was delicious. Honestly everything we ordered was so good we will definitely be back. There was only one lady helping the tables but she killed it!"
