"Horrible business. Waited 30 minutes for PASTA 's to open at 5pm late for the Christmas holiday season), only for them to ask us do you have reservations? We did not, and told them we didn 't know we had to have reservations. They replied we don 't require reservations all the time, only on certain nights which are not posted). There was not one other person in the restaurant, as we were the first to arrive. They had about 5 reservations at 5:30, but refused to seat us, saying we don 't want to overburden our wait staff . This restaurant was a large establishment, I don 't know how they couldn 't accommodate us. Our children had waited all day to eat pasta. We then had to eat at another restaurant and had to wait to be seated. We tried to eat early so we could do night skiing and return our skis by 8 pm. This did not happen and we were unable to night ski. So, this restaurants lack of business-minded customer service and lack of communication ruined our evening. I give this place an F, 0"
