Der große Teil der Speisen einschließlich Eis- und Kuchensortiment wird vor Ort frisch selbst zubereitet. Was man schmecken kann; einfach hervorragend. Das Speiseangebot ist zwar nicht besonders umfangreich, aber dafür umso delikater.Das Bistro ist auch sehr kinderfreundlich. Es gibt bspw. für Kinder spezielle niedrig angebrachte Toiletten und einen Sandkasten im Außenbereich.Ebenso vorhanden ist ein eigener Tagungsraum mit kompletter Einrichtung."
