"Aufgrund einer Empfehlung haben wir am Sonntag gegen 18:00 das Restaurant besucht.Leider Pech, alle Tische belegt. Personal empfahl uns Buchung für Montag zu machen, da hätten sie auf, wenn alle anderen Restaurants geschlossen sind. Öffnung Montag-Sonntag 17:00-20:00 Küche, Dienstag geschlossen. Unbedingt reservieren !!Gesagt, getan. Wir sind am Montag 18:00 erneut angetreten und wurden gleich zu unserem reserviertenTisch für 2 Personen geleitet. Das Restaurant wird privat von der Familie Beyermann geführt. Wenn mich nicht alles täuscht, hat der Opa uns bedient. Äusserst schlagfertig, witzig und hat seine wachen Augen überall. Das gleiche gilt für die Enkelin, die die Getränke serviert. Sie haben beide die Gäste zum Lachen gebracht und es herrschte eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.Ob in der Küche auch ein Familienmitglied kochte, konnten wir nicht in Erfahrung bringen. Jedenfalls verdient der Koch mindestens 2 Sterne.Wie der Name des Restaurants andeutet, gibt es hier Fischspezialitäten. Nicht nur Lachs in allen Formen wie bei einer Fischrestaurantkette. Es tauchen Kabeljau, Wolfsbarsch, Knurrhahn, Scholle etc im Menu auf.Wir haben uns für Kapitäns Teller, gebratenes Kabeljaufilet mit Knurrhahnfilet, dazu Estragon-Kartoffel-Stampf (einmalig) und Seeperle, Wolfsbarschfilet gebraten in Hummersauce, dazu wieder Estragon-Kartoffel-Stampf. Das scheint eine Spezialität des Kochs zu sein, sehr schmackhaft. Die Portion auf dem Teller war reichlich, wir mussten kämpfen, um alles zu geniessen.Wer Appetit auf Fleisch hat, kommt hier auch nicht zu kurz. Schnitzel, Schweinefilet, Rumpsteak, Lammrücken und mehr steht zur Auswahl.Anstatt der süßen Kalorienbomben des Dessert, haben wir uns dann als Abschlussfür einen doppelten Espresso mit Obstbrand entschieden. Die Sammlung der Obstbrände ist beeindruckend und hier findet jeder seinen Geschmack.Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Von den Fischgerichten waren wir begeistert.Wenn Sie in der Gegend sind, unbedingt ausprobieren."
