"I usually take a late bite, typically McDonald's. This was a 24-hour location. Please tell me... I'm not the only person in MN who wants iced tea and/or ice cream after 21:00. If I'm #1) pardon me and #2) I don't believe you. In the places close at 10:00, please do not close the ice machine and pour the ice tea. Are you emptying all the coffee and shutting down the deep frits? I won't bet. I prefer ice tea for coffee and ice cream to fries. You didn't get my $10. Have you ever done a cost analysis? If not, it could be helpful. Then people who work the drive thru can actually use words to answer the customer. Instead of Shrug shoulders mumble what I thought was "I don't know why". I tell you why you close them at least one hour early, because there are 2 machines that you can close clean before you actually close (which nobody cares). Well, the iced tea and ice cream take care of people. And until you change, at least give the customer a real answer. Until you change it, I just give my money for another, more-conscienious business."

"I've been getting mcdonald's coffee for years and I know what's a big one. this twice this week gave me a medium and said it was big. "So first I love this place. the lobby is big and modern, the personal is friendly, and this is just my favorite coffee shop in eagan (and beyond). However, I have to knock out a star because it is impossible to know when they are open the hours for the car break and dining room weekly. I know that this is mostly from their control because of the personal lack, but it is definitiw frustrating for all involved. also because they work new people I had my order done wrong a few times. I will never complain, or they ask to do it again because I get that they are new, but I want others to be aware of nbest of luck find more employees and get dinge back normal."

"Worst customer service experience ever. Unfortunately, this was not my first bad experience. Actually, I didn't want to come in today. But I slept and I needed breakfast, that wasn't fat like McDonald?s. Mara finished side work and did not even recognize me. When she came to me, she never said, me? I was there three weeks ago and a man was in front of me. Lily helped him right away. When she came to me, she said, "Wait?" and on with side work. A male employee actually helped me. And then the next person who showed up was a man. Lily left what she did to help him. When she confronted Lily today that she was rude to me and Mara was rude to me; instead of apologising, she got defense. She claimed I was the one who was rude and mean. Although she raised her voice to me. I'm my mother? I'm not taking this treatment. I have already written an email to companies and I will write a letter directly to the president of the company. Don't go here. At least I have free bagels."
