"Was a while in a nearby hotel, so I often found myself in the restaurant. Most of the service was excellent. The young lady with glasses was absolutely amazing. Always friendly and on the ball. The red head girl always offered me a great service. The girls always had recommendations for me and remembered my drinks, and my food was always stellar. My only complaint comes from the couple of times that I went to breakfast during the week. The older woman worked often stressed behind, and rather unprofessional at many times. She always seemed to struggle with the computer system that they had to move things more slowly. Everything all around impresses with food, server and cleanliness. Will definitely return when I'm back in town."

"Food was decent but a little expensive for the amount I got. Drinks and dessert were much better and worth what they were priced. When we went to leave I paid but their machine said that it did not go through. I checked my bank and it took the money out but the lady insisted we pay AGAIN before we could leave the restaurant... It's been three days and I still have not got my money back... I'd hate to think that they do this to tourists who can never go back and get their money..."

"I ordered a Baileys Latte through drive-thru, I drank almost all of it until I got a mouthful of something chunky and tasteless. When I took it back in, the worker was dismissive of my concerns and told me “I don’t know, sorry.” After I asked for a refund we came to the conclusion it was probably old dried milk that had made it into my drink after steaming the milk, which would only happen if they have poor cleaning practices. The milk steamer should be wiped after *every* use. Poor customer service and disappointing latte."
