"Updating to add photo because this continues to happen. They frequently get my order wrong by adding cheese and mayo to my burger when I ask them to leave it off. I understand how muscle memory makes it difficult to remember to do that but as a former restaurant employee, part of the job is reading the order and making it correctly."

"Do not order from them and expect it to be delivered when they tell you. Both on door dash and McDonald’s the time increases almost every minute to a later time for delivery. They will not tell you there are no delivery drivers available either. You have to pay for that still even if you don’t get your food at all. They will let you follow their tracker for your order and that’s it. When I called an hour after my order was supposed to be here they still had no dasher to bring me my food and wouldn’t refund it because McDonald’s had already made it. They offered a CREDIT of $13 on food I spent $38.19 on. They stated they would not refund the whole amount because the food was made. It didn’t matter that I wasn’t going to get it because there were no delivery drivers. Even when I asked why they are offering delivery with no drivers they said I couldn’t have a refund. So this is food literally no one is going to eat and they offered a fraction of what I paid. Edit to add I called my bank and told them what happened. I’m getting a full refund. When they are supposed to be providing a service you have every right to call your bank and cancel the ENTIRE amount because they failed to provide the service they are advertising. I hope this makes at least one customer go somewhere else. Don’t eat here unless you’re planning on picking it up!"

"I've ate my first burger from Carl's Jr back in 1999 and I've loved them since, good food, interesting commercials, fills you up pretty good, inflation hasn't effected the prices too bad, so it's worth it"

"We think Arby's ER is a hidden gem! We've had very pleasant experiences with drive-thru and dine in. We have witnessed the GM Brian Porter working with his staff on several occasions. He's very professional and seems to foster a great morale amongst the employees! The service has been great and the food is delish. When they say they have the meats they mean it. What a value compared to other fast food spots in town. Their lamb gyros, reuben, and fish sandos are all fantastic. Its our go-to for a quick and hardy meal."
